Graduated from Art Center College of Design, Illustration, with honors in 1987. Scholarship recipient at Art Center, awarded half-tuition for duration of study, final year. Other awards include Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, RSVP, Award for Excellance, Art Center. Have been freelance illustrating full-time since 1988, with a three-year period on staff as in-house Illustrator for Associated Press from 2004-2007, returning to freelance at present.

Variety of clients ranging from editorial, entertainment, advertising, books, health and court art. Truly enjoy working figuratively and facilitate figure drawing at the Edward Hopper House in Nyack, NY. Work in a variety of media; digital, paint, charcoal and pastels. Covered the tribunals at Guantanamo Bay,Cuba as courtroom artist for the world's media in April 2006, 2007, and 2008. Won newsmedia award for work on David Hicks tribunal.
