Bio / Resume

I am an illustrator specializing in watercolors and pen and ink. My work is mostly realistic, drawing inspiration from patterns and nature. I am also greatly influenced by the colors, patterns, and faces of other cultures. My current work is directed to children's books and publishing and I have been developing new pieces built around characters, narratives, and environments.

I have worked extensively in the giftware industry as both a product designer and decorative artist for such clients as Fetco International, Inc. and Burnes of Boston. I have also worked as a greeting card illustrator, and food illustrator. My clients include Silver Burdette and Ginn, Au Bon Pain and Houghton Mifflin.
